Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Some items are non-returnable, including:

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@thepixelbazaar.comwith your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or without contacting us first.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@thepixelbazaar.com.
Shipping Returns
You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
